Obituary

Anthony Maurice Bush, Jr. ldquo;Little Tonyrdquo; or ldquo;T Jrdquo;, 32, of Kansas City, Missouri died on Wednesday, March 4, 2015. He was born on January 25, 1983, to Anthony M. Bush, Sr. and Regina Brown in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Maple Mosley; maternal grandfather, Alfred Brown; paternal grandfather, Warren Bush, Sr. and paternal step grandfather, Huey Allen.

Anthony attended Raytown South High School and graduated in 2001. He went on to attend Neosho Community College in Chanute, Kansas on a track scholarship and later transferred to Langston University in Langston, Oklahoma.

ldquo;Little Tonyrdquo; loved sports. He began playing AAU Competitive basketball the age of 8. He played for many years, traveling the United States with his teams, KC Heat and KC Magic. He played basketball and ran track all 4 years of high school, earning letters in both sports.

He loved socializing and being with family and friends. He followed a strict diet of fruits and vegetables and wanted everyone to eat clean. His favorite thing to do was spend time with his only daughter and love of his life, Leslie Bush.

He had worked for Coventry Management as an apartment manager, Samrsquo;s Club as a manager and most recently he had begun independently working as a credit recovery consultant.

ldquo;Little Tonyrdquo; ldquo;TJrdquo; will be missed more than words can express.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter, Leslie Bush; mother, Regina Brown; father, Anthony Bush, Sr. (Pamela Bryant-Bush); brothers, Aaron Bush and Jared Bush; sisters, Talice Brown and Paige Bush; paternal grandmother, Doris Bush; nieces, Tahniece Brown and Tania Foreman; nephews, Cameron Gentry and Jayden Cushon and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and friends.

Services for Mr. Bush will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 13, 2015, at Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Brooks, Pastor officiating. Burial in Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until service time Friday at the church.
