Alexander Philip Licon , 41, was born in Kansas City, Kansas on November 2, 1981 to the union of Carmen and Antonia Licon.

Alexander received his education and graduated from Bishop Ward High School in 1998. After high school, Philip went on to become an independent person still living in Kansas City.

Philip loved sports, especially baseball. To his last day, he was a Chiefs fan.

Philip will truly be missed by the Wyandotte Community here on earth.

"Phil from Mill" as everybody knew him, will always be remembered as a funny and big hearted person. It was hard for Philip to say no to anybody. He was quick to share and it was hard to receive back. He was blessed with a very wonderful smile.  He touched the lives of so many people.

Philip , we will always keep you in our hearts and prayers.

Philip departed from us on Friday, March 3, 2023 so he could continue his party in heaven with God and his beloved ones.

As you may read my remembrance, do not feel any type of sadness in your hearts, just know that I am in a better place and do not feel pain no longer.  I will miss everybody God has something planned for me up here.

Philip leaves behind his parents: Carmen and Antonia Licon; three sisters: Rachel Reyes, Guadalupe Ruiz, Yolanda Licon; six nephews David Reyes, Juan Ruiz, Christian Grant, Jayceon Grant, Antonio Hayes, Andrew Ruiz; two nieces Maricela Ruiz and favorite niece Elizabeth Hayes.
