Alicia Margaret Fernandez was born March 18, 1954, to Wilma and Toney Fernandez.  She grew up in the San Francisco, CA area with her four brothers, John Fernandez, Paul Fernandez, Lamont Fernandez and Andy Fernandez and a sister Diane Fernandez.  She was preceded in death by her son, William "Billy" Bryan, her parents and other loved ones.

She was the mother of two sons, James R. Bryan and William "Billy" E. Bryan.

Alicia loved to call "Smiley".  Her favorite hobbies were knitting, making pens, bookmarks and jewelry.  She was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church in Kansas City, MO.

Alicia departed this earthly life on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.

She is survived by: her son, James R. Bryan; brothers, Paul Fernandez, Lamont Fernandez and Andy Fernandez; sister, Diane Fernandez and a host of other loved ones.

Services for Mrs. Bagley will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 15, 2019, at Oakwood Baptist Church Kansas City, MO.  Private Disposition.  Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until service time Monday at the church.
