Angelica "Angel" Garcia, age 29, passed away early Monday, morning May 6, 2019, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO while surrounded by her loved ones.   Angelica was born June 23, 1989, to Paul Garcia and Christy Peterson in Kansas City, MO.  She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Quadalupe Garcia.

Angelica "Angel" resided in the Kansas City, MO area with her father, stepmother and her dog, Anna whom, she considered as her baby.

Angel was well known within the community and will be remembered for her fun and outgoing personality.  She will be missed dearly and remembered by close friends and family.

She is survived by her father, Paul Garcia (Rhonda); mother, Christy Peterson; Grandma Garcia; three sisters, Amanda, Autumn and Lil Rhonda; two brothers, Brandon and Joseph and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services for Ms. Garcia will be held 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. Saturday, at the E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.
