Antonio Lamar Wells was born on October 5, 1989 in Biloxi, Mississippi to the union of Susan & Timothy Miller.

In 1999, Antonio and his family moved to Kansas City, where Susan married John P. James.

Antonio attended King Middle School and De La Salle High School. He was a member of Freedom Temple Church, where Bishop Eugene V. Griddine is Pastor.

Antonio was an entrepreneur — the proud owner of Rock and Roll Demolition Company. He also worked as a chef at We Got it Covered, with the love of his life with LaRonda Lanear.

He has two children (Aleyah and Anterio) that he loved more than anything. He enjoyed hanging out with friends and family watching football, and basketball.

Antonio was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Jesse and Mattie Wells. His paternal grandparents Clayborne and Annie Lewis.

His Memories will be cherished by parents John and Susan James; father Timothy Miller of Gulfport, MS, Siblings; Kristy Wells, Andrian Wells, Sasha Wells of Miami, Timothy McDaniel (Tia) of Detroit, Preston Miller, Kaleb Miller of Biloxi, Liesha Agee of Ocean Springs and his blended family John James (Nicka) Talaya James of Independence, and Toni James of San Antonio, grandparents John Wesley James and Cleary Culclager. The adored children Aleyah and Anterio Wells, Bonus Mom Latonya Thomas, a beloved host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services for Mr. Wells will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at E.S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Private disposition. Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until service time Wednesday at the chapel.
