Aron Thomas Boykin, II , 64, passed away on June 4, 2025, at his home in Kansas City, MO. He was born on January 21, 1961, to Aron T. Boykin and Darlene Y. Boykin (Bowman). He was the only boy among four sisters born to this union.

Tommy attended Graceland Elementary and Paseo High School. Tommy attended Mount Transfiguration Missionary Baptist Church under the late Reverend Harold O. Reynold, Sr. Occasionally, he would visit his cousin Church: Landmark International Deliverance Worship Center, Bishop John L. Brown Sr.

In 1984, he started his own tow service, known as "Tommy Tow" and continued with great success. He took great pride in his business, as his license plates read "WORK ME." It showed through the years as he has helped many family members, friends, and other customers. He also worked on cars as well and started a small lawn service, mowing lawns for neighbors and friends until he passed.

Tommy was preceded in death by both parents and half-sister, Stephanie Harris.

He is survived by his children, Allegro Boykin, Keionna Williams, Aron, IV (Brianna) Boykin, Anthony (Chezney) Boykin, Jordan Boykin and Dillion Boykin all of Kansas City; four grandchildren, Rashad Williams, Ramir Edwards, Aron J. Boykin and Amari Boykin; four sisters, which was known as Tommy Tow Sisters, Janice "Jan" Jefferson (Danny), Dorothy "Shelly" Boykin, Minister Dana Boykin, Tonia Joyner, and one half-sister, Savannah Scott adopted brother, Thomas E. Bradshaw (Brenda); and adopted sister, Wanda Adams; one uncle, Jesse Boykin; four aunts, Emma Tyler, Ruthie Boykin, Rebecca Boykin and Jackie Boykin; along with a host of nieces and nephews; a special cousin, Linda Curren; the 34th Block Mersington Friends, Ms. Theresa Williams and Keva & Alison Young; the 50th Block of Bellefontaine, the Wright's Family; and the 50th Block of Chestnut, the Cartwright, Crockett, Lewis, Price and White families; also Joey Stephenson and Michael Powell. Along with many other friends and families too numerous to name.
