ON MAY 28, 1955, Bertha Marie Antwine was born to Margaret and Lee Mack in Monroe, Louisiana  She was a big hearted person with a big smile and a bigger laugh she was always there for anyone know matter what she was also a strong oriented person when it came to her family. Her main goal in life was to love and to be there for her family. There was nothing she wouldn't do for anyone. You could go to Bertha on your worse day and she would make you smile.

Bertha left Monroe in1980, to move to Kansas City, MO to live with her older sister, Cynthia Kelly where she met Otis Antwine and they were married she became head custodial worker at the Marriott. She then she decided to go back to school. There she became a certified Nurses Assistants.  She worked at Glennon Place in Kansas City, for many years that's where she retired.

Bertha went home to be with the LORD on October 4, 2019.  She preceded in death by her father and mother, and her son, Avery Mack; two sisters, Cynthia Kelly, Esther Mack; two brothers, Edward C Mack,and Louis Edward Mack.

She leaves to cherish her memory; her son, Elbert Levell  Mack; sisters,  Anna Mack both of KCMO, Riza Mack; brother, Calvin Mack (both of Dallas, TX; grandsons, Avery Mack of KCMO, Ladarius  Mack; nephews  Fredrick Mack Sr., Demario Mack, Fredrick Mack Jr. all of KCMO.) and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services for Ms. Antwine will be held 2:00 P. M. Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Private Disposition.  Friends may call from1:00 P.M. to service time Tuesday at the chapel.
