Sister Bridgette Yvette Daniels of Blue Springs, Missouri, was peacefully & mercifully called to glory on January 25, 2026, at 5:49 p.m., in her home. Sister Bridgette was born on April 16, 1962, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to her late dad, JC Battle; and mom, Shirley Edwards.

The Edwards relocated to Kansas City when sister Bridgette was very young. She attended Meservey Elementary School and later graduated from East High School as a member of the National Honor Society in 1980. Later that summer, she attended and received a certificate from Southeastern Academy Airline Training Institute in Kissimmee, Florida. Sister Bridgette was an avid learner who enjoyed taking classes at Penn Valley, the University of Missouri Kansas City, and Jackson Hewitt Tax School.

Sister Bridgette met her soulmate, Aaron L. Daniels, while both were attending Inner City Christian Center here in Kansas City. The couple married on June 6, 1981, at Loose Park Rose Garden in Kansas City.  From this union three children were born, Seth, Chloe, and Cherise.

In April 1985 Easter Sunday, the Daniels family visited Sheffield Family Life Center and has remained active members since. Sister Bridgette was active in the choir until her health no longer allowed her.

Sister Bridgette worked at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, Missouri, for almost 44 years. She was an inspector, auditor, and very concerned about quality control and following proper protocols. Sister Bridgette often helped as needed. She will be greatly missed.

Sister Bridgette loved her faith, family, and friends. She gave godly counsel to those who asked or were in need. She was a homebody who enjoyed fellowshipping around food, games, and discussing the WORD. Sister Bridgette was one who often said a lot without using words. She enjoyed watching professional golf and tennis. She occasionally made her way to the golf hitting range. She enjoyed watching real estate shows and programs.

Sister Bridgette was preceded in death by her dad, JC Battle of Los Angeles, California.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband, Aaron; son, Seth (Tarah) of Lee Summit, Missouri; daughters, Chloe (Dominique) of Las Vegas Nevada and Cherise (Andre) of Hershey, Pennsylvania; her mother, Shirley; sisters, Gail of Blue Springs, Missouri, and Tamara (Ron) of Los Angeles, California; four grandchildren, Joseph, Judah, Jahvieyah, and Alyvia; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, and friends.
