Cecile Juanita Tillman was born on August 1, 1938, to Pearl Riser and Archie Tillman. She departed this life on January 17, 2022, at the age of 83. She was the oldest of three children. Both parents and a sister Delores Jones preceded her in death. Three of her children Malcolm Tillman, Latisha Gordon, and Bertram Tillman also preceded her in death.

She was a faithful member of Grace Holy Trinity Baptist Church, Kansas City Kansas.

Cecile attended Kansas City schools. She worked for the Kansas City school district and Volumn Services for over 30 years. Where she retired. Cecile loved riding on motorcycles and was very involved with the Zodiac MC for over 40 years.

She leaves to cherish her memory one sister Jamesetta Roberson of California. Four daughters Donnita St. James (Clifton). Johnnie Mae Long, Marshelle Donnell (Ray), Pearl Harris (Bobby) of Monroe La. Eight grandchildren Micoe Tillman, Rebecca Martin(Miguel), George Steen Jr., Joseph Lapsley, Rennie Gordon(Lia) of Charleston SC. Rydell Harris of Texas, Kelsey Harris of Monroe La. Lashaunda Springfield. A host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many neighbors and friends.

There will be a celebration of life at the Zodiac Motorcycle Club on 18th Vine on Saturday, February 5, 2022, starting at 4 pm with a balloon release following.
