Ciana Lajoy Ogletree was born in Kansas City, Missouri on August 17, 1995, to the union of Sidney T. Ogletree, Sr. and Narshanell Johnson.

She was educated in the Hickman Mills School District where she attended Santa Fe Elementary.  She graduated from Parkview High School in Springfield, Missouri Class of 2014.

Ciana's passion for fashion and beautifying others led her to attend Summit Salon Academy where she earned her Esthetician license.  She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.  She spent her time advocating for what she believed in.  She was ambitious, funny, quirky, and spontaneous.  She loved spending time with her friends and love ones.  Ciana had a big heart.  She was brave and always willing to lend a helping hand.  She will truly be missed.

Ciana's great grandmothers, Alma Ogletree and Edna Johnson; grandfathers, Joe Rose and John Freeman; brother, Deandre Ogletree; great aunts, Debbie Ogletree, Judy Ogletree and Aledora Ogletree; great uncles, Ronald Ogletree, Alvin Ogletree and Jerome Ogletree preceded her in death.

Ciana leaves to cherish her memory: her father, Sidney Ogletree, Sr. and her mother, Narshanell Johnson; grandmothers, Joyce Rose and Cecelia Hamilton; sisters, Rasjah Tolliver (Jermaine) and Bre'Ana Ogletree; brothers, Sidney Ogletree Jr, John Murry and Jeremiah Brown; aunts, Richelle Boyd and Kiva Johnson; uncles, Eric Boyd (Keondria) and Ramone Johnson; nieces, Ramiah Harris, Jada Tolliver, Jai Tolliver, Ryleigh Tolliver, McKenzie Smith, Ashtyn Ogletree and Kartier Ogletree; nephew, Jadyn Griffin and a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.

Services for Ms. Ogletree will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 15, 2021 at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Burial Mount Moriah Cemetery.  Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Friday the chapel.
