Debra Renee' Reese was born on March 19,1956, to Cleveland Scott and Deloris White in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the sixth of seven children born to this union.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

Debra received her education in the Kansas City, Missouri School District.  She graduated from Southeast High School in 1974.

After graduation, she got married and divorced.  Later, she attended college.

After college, she started working for the United States Postal Service. She transitioned to the Internal Revenue Service.  She worked as a Tax Examiner until retirement.

Debra loved cooking and shopping.

Debra entered into eternity on April 17, 2026.

Debra leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Grace Woodberry; four sisters, Linda Williams, Cheryl Madyun, Connie Jones, and Kelia Jones; two brothers, Cleveland Scott, II, and Kevin Jones; and a host of relatives and friends.
