Demetrice Le'Nell Anderson was born to Rhonda Brooks and Wayne Carter Anderson in Kansas City, Missouri on August 20, 1977.

"Meechie" attended Southwest High School in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated with the class of 1995.

She was a very loving and caring person. She loved spending time with family and friends. As a young girl, she enjoyed ballet, singing, dancing, poetry, and being the biggest personality in the room. That carried her into adulthood.

Meechie loved her fur babies and continued caring for them until her final moment of life. She loved the Lord and was very grateful, thankful, and honored to have him as her Lord and Savior. 'AMEN THANK YOU JESUS", as she would always say.

She is preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Mary Gladys Banks; maternal grandparents, Rogaster "MuhDear" and Edgar Brooks; paternal grandfather, William Carter Bradley; maternal uncles, Leonard "Uncle Daddy", Gary and Wesley Brooks.

Leaving to cherish her memories: her mother, Rhonda Brooks; father, Wayne Carter Anderson; paternal grandmother, Betty Ann Patterson; her chosen partner in life, Bobbi Faye Kettler; three brothers, Ryan L. Greer, Wayne Carter Greer (Iris Greer), and Norzel Ross, Jr., (Jenale Ross, Sister in Love); four step sisters, Glenda Webb, Shylia Kemp, Brenda Jymison, and Fredrica Ross; two step brothers, Micheal Woodfork and Dywayne Wilmer; four nieces, Tyra Gutierrez, Bella, Alaysia, and Avry Greer; five nephews, Daishaun Perry, Emry Greer, Brian Martin Jr, Norzel and Le'Vell Ross; and a whole heap of "father figures", Howard Hill, Henry Anderson, Norzel Ross, Sr., and Floyd Gray "my mini me"; along with her lifelong best friend, Keva Melson; and a host of relatives and close friends.
