Our precious angel, Diego Alexander Almeda , born October 10, 2007, beloved son of Alexandra Najera and Luis Almeda, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 6th, 2023.

In addition to his parents, Diego is survived by his siblings, family and friends.

Diego loved soccer, drawing and was the socialite of the family. You would always catch him clean and crisp. He never missed a chance to show off his moves on the dance floor. Cars were one of his greatest hobbies. At the very young age of 15 he was a hard worker and aspired to finish high school and become a veterinarian. His laughter was contagious and made everyone around him laugh and smile.

Words cannot express the amount of sadness in our hearts. Our baby will be truly missed. But we know this is not goodbye. "Although you cannot be with me, we're truly not apart. Until we meet again my love, you will always be in my heart, save me a dance."

PRAYER:
So go and run free with the angels
Dance around the golden clouds
For the Lord has chosen you to be with him
And we should feel nothing but proud
Although he has taken you from us
And our pain a lifetime will last
Your memory will never escape us
But make us glad for the time we did have
Your face will always be hidden
Deep inside our hearts
Each precious moment you gave us
Shall never, ever depart
So go and run free with the angels
As they sing so tenderly
And please be sure to tell them
To take care good care of you for me
Until the final breathe I take
You'll be living in my heart
