Donnell Antonio Sheppard was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on February 22, 1974, to Debra Sheppard and Dexter France.

He was educated in the Kansas City, Missouri Public School System. Donnell was a manager for Sonics and several convenience stores in Kansas City, Missouri.

Donnell had a fun-loving and energetic personality. There was no one like him. He was always helpful and caring and had a beautiful soul.

Donnell was loved by everyone, and he will continue to be loved.

Donnell leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Debra Sheppard; sisters, Kimberly (Erick) and Kandice (Dante); brothers, Dexter (Diana) and Damon (Fabiola); nieces, Monyee, Marquee, Kayla, Clarisse, Kiya, Kaelyna; nephews, Frank, Clarence, Dante, Dante, III, Dante, IV; aunts, Edith Sheppard, Bobbie Jean France, LaVonda Buie, (Pastor Nathan Buie Sr.), Donna Cade, and Jane Sheppard; and a host of cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives and friends.
