Elizabeth Korie Waylee was born on November 2, 1964 in Tai, Cote D'Iroire.

Elizabeth was blessed to move to America with four children under the sponsorship of First Congregational United Church of Christ in Sarasota, Florida.

Elizabeth married Emmanual Waylee in 1985 in Liberia.

Elizabeth was a stay-at-home mother to six children and eighteen grandchildren.

Elizabeth loved everyone she came into contact with.  She loved her family and pets. She never went a day without watching her cowboy movies and listening music by Bob Marley.

Elizabeth was a hard worker and a very meticulous person when it came to keeping the house clean.

She fought the good fight against cancer. She went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 21, 2024 at University Hospital-Truman.

She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Emmanuel Waylee of 39 years; daughters, Pamela Waylee, Julia Waylee, and Euphemia Waylee; sons, Lawson Waylee, Pablo Waylee, Clinton, Bob Waylee, and Michael Waylee; 18 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
