Eula Mae Smith passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 9, 2019, at the age of 89 in Kansas City, MO. She was born January 29, 1930, in Olean, Missouri to Carrie Smith and John Webb.  She lived life enjoying simple pleasures; shopping, visiting with family and friends, listening to music and reading.  Eula was a believer of God and the power of prayer; she nourished those around her with love and faith. She brought great joy to many.

She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother whose greatest passion was helping others.  Eula was kind and compassionate; she had the ability reach people in a deep and meaningful way. "Eula was one of the kindest people you could ever meet, she opened her heart to many over the years and will be greatly missed."

She was preceded in death by three sisters; Mary Ann Draffen, Alice (Faye) Balance and Beatrice "Aunt B" Miller; three brothers, Ocie Webb, Herbert "Skinny" Russell and John "J.B." Webb; one nephew, Truman Williams, all of KCMO; she was the loving mother to Gloria Bradshaw (Herb); proud grandmother of Kechia, Anthony, and Tiara; great-grandmother to DeAngelo, Lovelei, Xavier, Joyce, Tre, Andreyona and Anthony Jr.; she is also survived by a host of great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services for Ms. Smith will be held 12:00 P.M. Friday, December 20, 2019, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Burial Forest Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until service time Friday, at the chapel.
