Felicia Renee Dixon was born on July 21, 1973 in Detroit, MI and departed this life on October 1, 2022 at NorthCare Hospice House in North Kansas City, MO.

Felicia was a resident of North Kansas City, MO. She was employed as a food service employee at North Kansas City Hospital  where she practiced her dream job of becoming a chef. She dreamed of opening her own restaurant.She also received her food handler's license along with several other employment accolades including a feature in the North Kansas City Hospital magazine publication!

She was later joined in North Kansas City  by her loving son Lamar Dixon and the two strengthened their bond and created many heartfelt memories.

Felicia enjoyed cooking, watching football, and spending time with family and friends. She loved to travel and to be near water.

Felicia leaves behind to cherish her memory her only son Lamar Dequael Dixon and two grandchildren Za'Moriah and Kollin both of Birmingham, AL. Her siblings include LaTange Ambrose of North Kansas City, MO, Teresa Dixon of Birmingham, AL, and Rueben Ambrose of Pontiac, MI and a host of co-workers and friends. Felicia was a kid at heart and had a special bond with all of her nieces and nephews.

Felicia was preceded in death by her parents and accepted Christ as her lord and savior at an early age.
