Frank was born September 9, 1944, to Frank Moore, Sr. and Zealah Moore.  He attended Galena Elementary School and Henry High School.

He moved to Aurora, Illinois for a few years, before returning back home to Holly Springs, Mississippi.  After returning home, his close friend, Lee Alexander from Holly Springs, Mississippi, came home to visit.  He encouraged Frank to come to Kansas City, Kansas to visit.  Upon visiting, he met the love of his life.  On July 16, 1978, he married Daisy McKinnis.  To this union five children were born.

Frank was a devoted husband, father, brother, and provider who gave his life over to Christ and was a faithful servant to the Lord.  He attended Roswell Church of Christ for a number of years and visited various churches.

Frank Moore, Jr. was a hard-working man that worked all of his life until three days before his passing.  He always put everyone first and was always willing to help anyone in their time of need.

Frank Moore, Jr., a lifelong resident of Kansas City, Kansas, died at the age of 75 years, on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Moore, Sr.; mother Zealah Moore; and his brother, Zadie Moore.

Frank leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Tyrone Moore and Sean Moore; three daughters, Traci Hunter (Everett); Terri Hokes (Corinthean); and Sherri Moore (Glenn Harris, Sr.); sisters, Delcine Ball, Calumet Park, Il; and Carrie Mae Pryor, Holly Springs, MS; brothers, Willie Lucious and Charles Moore (Marie), Holly Springs, MS; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services for Mr. Moore will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 7, 2019, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Burial Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the chapel.
