Mr. Frank Louis Naylor , a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, was born on June 14, 1949, to the late Rev. James Henry Naylor and Ruth Ann (Bell) Naylor in Meridian, Mississippi. After a life well lived, Frank peacefully departed this life on March 18, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri, at the age of 75.

Preceding him in death were his two sisters, Mary Lewis and Serta Bradley; his four brothers, James Naylor Jr., Brad Henry Naylor, Willie Naylor, and Eddie Naylor; and his son, Fredrick Taylor. His memory lives on through his loving family and friends.

Frank is survived by his five sisters, Annie Ruth Davis, Maggie Thompson, Daisey Grady, Betty Cole, Ruby Chaplain, and Juanita Cole; two brothers, Roland Bradley and Jimmy Tubbs; his divorced wife, Alberta Naylor; as well as his six children, Debbie Klewer (Bernard) of Las Vegas, Ulonda Schoolmeester (Brian Schoolmeester) of Hurley, SD, Yolanda Naylor of Kansas City, MO, Frank Harris of Los Angeles, CA, Denise Harris (Kimmon Borens) of Los Angeles, CA, Delana Taylor of Kansas City, MO, and DeAndre Wren of Jacksonville, FL.

Frank was also a proud grandfather to 14 grandchildren, Rashad Naylor-Hill of Las Vegas, Brandon (Brittany) Klewer of Chicago, IL, Diamond McClendon, Kayla Schoolmeester of Hurley, SD, Lamonte (Jas'myn) Morris, Cameron Harris of Los Angeles, CA, Khalil Harris of Los Angeles, CA, Kai Majam-Harris of Los Angeles, CA, Kealanna Majam-Harris of Los Angeles, CA, Kennise Royal (Tevin Epps) of Atlanta, Kenneth Royal KJ of Los Angeles, CA, Rakayah Bowls of Kansas City, MO, America Wren of Texas, and Dre'am Wren of Texas. He was also the proud great-grandfather of six, Cassie Harris, Cali Harris, Cameron Harris Jr., Kahari Harris of Los Angeles, CA, Darryl Brown (DJ), and Marcus Cooper of Kansas City, MO.

Frank's love for family and friends was immeasurable, and he found joy in many pursuits. After his service in the United States Army, where he was Honorably Discharged, Frank utilized his military benefits to further his education. He earned four Master's degrees and two PhDs. His education opened doors to several prestigious roles throughout his long career, which culminated in his entrepreneurial spirit leading to the establishment of his own auto shop, Naylor Auto. Later in life, Frank retired as an ET Mechanic with the United States Postal Service.

Known for his warm personality and kindness, Frank also had a deep love for music. He enjoyed playing his saxophone, singing, and helping the church choir. His passion for fishing, traveling in his RV, and watching sports were just a few of the hobbies that filled his life with joy. Whether he was relaxing in the Ozarks or listening to his favorite tunes, Frank appreciated the simple pleasures of life.

Frank Louis Naylor leaves behind a rich legacy of love, service, and dedication to his family, friends, and community. He will be dearly missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew him. His memory will continue to inspire and provide strength to his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

An Honorable celebration of his life will be held at 150 Muncie Road, Leavenworth, Kansas 66048 following Memorial, and all are invited to come together to honor this remarkable man.

Rest in peace, Mr. Frank Louis Naylor . Your journey on Earth may have ended, but your spirit will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved you.
