Geraldine Eva Fowler was born November 13, 1940, to Georgiana Hughes and Philip Moore in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Georgiana DR.Radcliff; brother, Robert Lake; sister, Anna Lee Johnson and a grandson, Rondell G. Moore.

She graduated from Manual Training High in 1960, where she was Speech Queen.  She went on to receive a certificate in nursing at Oklahoma University Expansion in Tulsa, OK and worked as a Private Duty Nurse most of her life.

She married Virtis Fowler March 4, 1971, and lived in Taft, Oklahoma.  She had four children Billye Moore, Bobby Moore, Garry Moore and Tobbie Fowler.

Geraldine departed this earthly life on Saturday, October 10, 2020, at St. Joseph Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

She leaves to celebrate her homegoing: three sons, Bobby Moore of Kansas City, MO, Garry Moore of Muskogee, OK and Tobbie Fowler of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter, Billye Moore of Kansas City, MO; brother, Clarence DR.Radcliff of Kansas City, MO; sister, Evelyn Ford of Porter, OK; grandchildren, James E. Griffin, Jr., Billye Jamill Griffin both of Kansas City, MO and Clifton Moore of Los Angeles, CA and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces,, nephews, relatives and friends.

Services for Mrs. Fowler will be held 3:00 P.M., Saturday, October 24, 2020, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Visitation 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the chapel.
