James Calvin Green, Jr. was born August 6, 1953.  He grew up and lived in Kansas City, Missouri.  He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Michael Miller and Harold Peace and two sisters, Debbie Miller and Sherry Miller.

He attended East High School in Kansas City, Missouri.

James, Jr. was 66 years old and passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Bridgemore Nursing Home in Kansas City, Missouri.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his son, James Coleman; father, Elder J. C. Green, Sr. (Mary Lee); sister, Pamela Pennington; brother, John Mangum (Marilyn) of Powder Springs, Georgia.  He will also be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Services for Mr. Green will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 2, 2019, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Burial Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery.  Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the chapel.
