James Arthur Haskins, 63, was born December 19, 1957, in Wichita, Kansas.  He was born to the union of Troy Haskins and Clara Glenn.  He was preceded in death by both parents and grandparents.

James attended Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools.  He resided in Topeka, Kansas for a few years.  He lived most of his life in Kansas City, Kansas.  He loved to laugh and have fun.  He loved music, good food and he really loved his cars.

He leaves to cherish his memory, two brothers, Kenneth and Robert Foreman; four children, James, Jermaine, Jalissa Haskin, and Shawn; aunt, Kathy Clarke; uncle, a host of cousins and friends.

Memorial service for Mr. Haskins were held 7:00 P. M. Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Private disposition.
