James Leon Tolliver Jr., 59, Saint Joseph MO, died on January 26,2019.  He was born to Roberta Hill Keeling & James Leon Tolliver Sr.

James loved listening to music and making people laugh.  He loved watching sports and especially enjoyed traveling.

James moved to Kansas City, MO to be with his youngest daughters.

He was preceded in death by his mother Roberta Hill Keeling and his brother Terry Anthony Tolliver.

James Tolliver, Jr. is survived by his brothers, Charles Leon Tolliver, Robert DeWayne Hill, Charles Leon Hill Jr., John Leon Tolliver, and Tora N. Tolliver; 4 Sisters, Linda C. Hill, Peggy Regina Hill, Romona Andrea Hill, Evonne Marie Tolliver; 5 children, Roberta Smith, Tyshell Musyoka ( Jackson ), John Howard, Jamie Tolliver, and Kamie Tolliver; 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of great nieces and great nephews.
