Jean Antoinette Savala, 46, left this earth in the early morning hours of October 30, 2020.  She was born December 7, 1973, to Rose Dixon (Johnson) and Tony Sales.  She was raised the eldest daughter of Rose, and Robert "Sonny" Williams.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Eva Jean Shelton.

Jean spent most of her childhood in the home of her maternal grandmother, Eva Jean Shelton.  She attended elementary School at Kumpf Elementary School and Junior High School at Martin Luther King, Jr.  Middle School.   She attended Berean Bible Church in KCMO, Pastor Edward Moore, throughout her childhood.  It was there where she was baptized and made her profession of faith in Christ.

As a teen, Jean moved, with her mom, to Denver, CO and attended Manual High School.   Jean worked in a variety of fields and became a dedicated mom as an adult.   She married young and gave birth to three wonderful sons.  Illness prevented her from working in the latter part of her life, so she focused on her children.

She is survived by: her mother and father, Rose J. Johnson and Robert Williams; sisters, Francesca Butler and LaShawn Williams; her 3 sons, Marquez Savala, Malik Savala, and Michael Dixon and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services for Ms. Savala will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 9, 2020, at the E. S. Eley Funeral Chapel. Interment XII Gates Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call from 12:30 to 1:00 P.M. Monday at the chapel.
