John Paul Jackson, 56, was born December 13, 1964 to Melvin Leon and Johnnie Ruth Jackson in Kansas City Missouri.  John is preceded in death by both parents.

John attended Mary Harmon Weeks Elementary, Ashland Junior High, and East High Schools in Kansas City Missouri.

An avid sports enthusiast, John was involved in summer league baseball and also had a fondness for NASCAR.  His favorite video games were fast cars and motorcycle games, in which he frequently worked up quite a sweat by the end of the game.

From childhood, John was always a jokester and enjoyed making people laugh.  He became very good at creating random sayings, almost like jingles to make you laugh.  John was a kid at heart.

John is survived by 3 brothers and 3 sisters, Darryl Jackson, Sonya Jackson, Melvin Jackson, Marlon Jackson, Cynthia Jackson and April Jackson; nephews and nieces, Brandon Jackson, Kendall Mack, Ebony Ofield, Samaia Jackson, Cairo Mack; aunts, uncles, numerous cousins and friends.

John, we miss you.

Services for Mr. Jackson will be held 1:00 P. M. Saturday, September 25, 2021, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel. Private disposition.
