Johnnetta Antwannetta Garner was born on April 27, 1974 in Kansas City, Missouri to the union of Johnny Winston and Brenda Garner.  She was the second of children born to this union.  She is preceded in death by her mother Brenda and sister Kim Garner.

Johnnetta received her education in the Kansas City, Missouri School District.  After receiving her education, she attended Penn Valley Community College, where she majored in Administrative Assistant.

Johnnetta was blessed to give birth to a daughter, Emonie President.

Johnnetta loved to listen to music, loved to dance, and loved playing various card games.

Johnnetta leaves to cherish her memories: Daughter Emonie President of Kansas City, Missouri; Father Johnny Winston of Hutchinson, Kansas; Brother Santino Garner of St. Louis, Missouri; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.
