Judy L. Francis was born March 18, 1940, in Kansas City, MO to union of Morris and Vivian Harmon.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Francis, both parents, two brothers and three sisters.

She was a member of Cain Grant A.M.E. Church.  She attended Lincoln and Manual High Schools. Judy worked a U.M.K.C, where she retired after twenty years of employment.

Judy was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed life taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Judy was best known as the "Grand Diva" of the family.  She enjoyed the life of entertainment, champagne glasses, music and laughter.

Judy Francis departed this earthly life on, Friday, February 28, 2020, at 79 years of age. She will be truly missed forever in our hearts.

She is survived by; three daughters, Cathy Dockery (Tony), Kimberly Peevy (William) both of Kansas City, MO and Sharon Dellantonia of Norman, OK; one son, Adrian Dockery of Vian, OK; two sisters, Vivian Thomas of Ft. Worth, TX and Darlene Easley of Kansas City, MO' two brothers, Nathan Harmon and Michael Harmon both of Kansas City, MO; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Services for Mrs. Francis will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 13, 2020, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Private Disposition.   Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until service time Friday at the chapel.
