Judy M. Wyrick was the youngest child of six children born to Mrs. Idella and Jerry Knox June 24, 1952 in Altheimer, Arkansas.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmy Wyrick, aunt, Virginia Henderson, three brothers0-in-law; three nephews and two nieces.

She was baptized at the age of twelve at Mount Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor S. W. Weaver in Altheimer, Arkansas.  One year later she became a member of New Hope Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Alvin Perry.  After moving to Kanas City, MO in the 80's she joined Mount Calvary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Slyvester Hawkins.  She later joined 35th Street Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Donald Wesley Black where she ran the kitchen.

Mrs. Judy Wyrick attended both Martin Elementary and High School until XX grade.  She graduated from Altheimer High School in 1970.  Judy's class was the first interrogated class to graduate from Altheimer High Schoool.  She further her education at AM&N in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.  Her major was Sociology.

In 1970, she was employed by Arthur Felis Company in Kansas City, MO during the summer for three months before returning to school in Pine Bluff.  When she returned to Kansas City she continued to work at Arthur Felis until 1990, when she began to work for Adam's Mark Hotel.  Judy retired from Sheridan (Adam's Mark) as a room inspector where she several awards.

Judy met Jimmy Wyrick in 1974, in Kansas City and they were married August 15, 1975, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.  They were married for 39 years until his passing in April 2015.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her only son, Lamondo Wyrick (Kimberly); brothers, Slyvester Knox, Sr. and James Knox, Sr.; sisters, Jerry Dunn, Naomi Clay, Meloday Blankenship; special friend Tina McDonald and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services for Mrs. Wyrick were held Thursday, March 25, 2021, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Burial Leavenworth National Cemetery.
