Keetou "Duncan" Minor was born on August 22, 1976 to Joseph Anthony Oliver and Earline Minor of Kansas City, Missouri.  He departed this life at home on March 23, 2020.  His father preceded him in death along with his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Keetou attended Phillip Wheatly Elementary School of the Kansas City, Missouri School District.  After his former education he spent his life working in the manufacturing industry, the music industry and developing entrepreneurial skills as a maintenance technician.

Notwithstanding, that Keetou "Duncan" Minor's lifelong aspiration began at the age of 17 where his composing of beats/lyrics with such musical genius began a rap group "PROZ" and then followed up with the establishment of "P.R.O. RECORDZ a recording company/label.  He intermingled with such national recording artists as Tech Nine and Fat Tone. His label produced "KabrawN", Song of a King an album. A musical venture that lasted for 10 years covered different genres of music such as:  hard-core rap, R&B, rock and roll and gospel.  As spoken from the heart of a true musician, "Music isn't only a song to share but also the blood that runs through my veins."

Keetou "Duncan" Minor leaves to cherish his memories Lola Scott his common law wife and mother Earline Minor of the home.  His son Daequan Minor and a daughter Keena Minor of Kansas City, Missouri.  His brothers: Anthony Mitchell, Marvale Pulluaim, Frank Richard Minor, Kenyon Minor, baby brother Kabrawn (Binky) Minor, Juvonie Minor, Gerald Oliver of Kansas City, Missouri and Joseph Morrison of Kansas City, Kansas; three sisters Claresa Minor of Kansas City, Missouri, Sonja Pulluaim of Dallas, Texas and LaRita Robinson (Victor) of Fulton, Missouri  and a host of great uncles, great aunts, great nieces /nephews and cousins.  A special aunt Toni L. Oliver of Kansas City, Missouri and a special brother Dave Urvan.

Graveside Services for Mr. Minor will be held Wednesday, April 1, 2020.  Burial Forest Hill Cemetery.
