Larry Neal was born August 28, 1955, to the union of Booker T and Virginia Dare Neal in Bradenton, Florida.  He was the fifth child of eight children.  His mother and father; One brother, Carl Edward, one sister-in-law, Linda, and one brother-in-law Ronald Sanders along with three sisters, Aretta Kelso, Atherine Moore, Retha Mae Sanders two grandchildren, Tierra Stuart and Tyronne Stuart Jr., along with a special friend, Marilyn Stuart preceded him in death.

Larry's interests included cooking and watching old Westerns.  He loved going to various concerts and enjoyed seeing Frankie Beverly and Maze perform. Larry enjoyed dancing, especially two-stepping to the "Old School Music", on Sundays you could always count on the fact he would be watching the Kansas City Chiefs.

Larry knew no stranger and could talk to anyone and was always ready to share what he had.  He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather, great-grandfather in his own special way.  His infectious smile will be missed.

On November 29, 2023, Larry departed this life surrounded by his sisters, children, grandchildren, nieces and his special close friend.

Larry leaves to cherish his memory eleven children, Tisha Williams, Tangra Stuart, Kia Stuart (Russell Mackey) Lanita Stuart, Staci Vaughn, Tyrone Stuart (Jamie), Kevin Stuart, Marvin Stuart (Renea), Marlon Vaughn, Larry Jones, Eric Neal, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also leaves three sisters, Faye Kimble (Kerry), Debra Dunn (Steve), Shirley Jackson (David); two brothers-in-law, Timothy Kelso and Rufus Moore; three Aunts, Louise Grant, Esther Turner and Anna Taylor; three close friends and a very special and dear friend, Audrey Bradley, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great-nephews' great nieces, cousins and friends.
