Luis Rey Palomino García arrived in the United States in 1998, where he built a life filled with experiences, love, and unforgettable memories. He was a responsible and loving father, for whom his children—Emily, Gabriel, and Juliette—were always his greatest priority.
His family was a fundamental part of his life and the source of much of his joy. Together, with his wife, he shared 19 years of love, companionship, and adventure. Their story began in a very special way: he would go to buy a *torta de asada* every single day from the food truck where she worked. From that point on, they built a beautiful life together, full of laughter, playful antics, and moments that will remain in their hearts forever.
Luis was known for his sense of humor, his jokes, and his unforgettable catchphrases—like “Yuca Forever!” and his unique “36-36-36.” These little details reflected his one-of-a-kind personality and the joy he brought to everyone around him.
Today, his passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of his loved ones, but his love, his witty remarks, and the memories shared will live on eternally. His wife will cherish every moment of their life together, and his children will always carry their father’s love with them. Though we must say goodbye to you today, Luis, your story of love and joy will live on forever in our hearts. Rest in peace.
