Margie Maria Cohee – Jones, was born March 30, 1942 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Melvin and Caudie Mae Cohee.  She was the third of four children.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister (Mary), her brother Richard (Sonny) and her nephew Earl (Little Man).

Two very special friends Lettie (Ruth) Gordon and Billy Joe Hawthorne.

The Lord called her home Monday morning August 1, 2022.

Margie was a wonderful friend and nurturer, she began her one person missionary work as she called it, being of assistance to those in times of illness and need.  She was there for many friends and others in this capacity, which she thoroughly enjoyed.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Yulunda Cohee (Lonnie), Kansas City, MO; step son, Gary Jones, Milwaukee, WI; her sister, Helen (Tuffa) of Flower Mound, TX; nieces, Mia Edwards (Mark) of Lewisville, TX; Lorotha Guillory, Flower Mound, TX; Angela Lovegrove, Whistler, BC; Richard Cohee (Trish), Vancouver, BC; Paul Cohee (Ingrid) Vancouver, BC; Dixon Cohee, Vancouver, BC; Denson Cohee, Vancouver, BC; and 7 great nieces and nephews, many cousins.
