Mark Earl Bowman
was born on November 22, 1959, in Kansas City, Missouri, the 2
nd
child of two, to the
union of Forrest and Lee Rose Bowman
Mark
attended school in the Kansas City area and graduated from Southwest High school in 1978.
Mark
went on to take classes at Penn Valley Community College and held a variety of jobs. The last six years of
his life he worked for Gates and Sons on Emanuel Clever Blvd. He retired March 31,2023.
Mark
was a people person and loved to listen and talk to people. He always had a positive angle to put
on
any situation that presented itself regardless of what it was.
Mark
was proceeded in death by his father
and
mother, Forrest and Lee Rose
Bowman; and brother, James E. Bowman.
Mark Bowman
departed this life on April 8, 2023.
He leaves to cherish his memories his sister-
in
-law,
Lois Bowman; two nieces, Shewan White (George Sr.) and Travonda Drew; three nephews, Carl Starks, II,
Justin White Bowman and Rodney
C.
Drew; sister, Joann McDowell; and a host of aunts, uncles
cousins and special friend.
