Mark Anthony Howard was born September 6, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri to the union of Curtis Lee Williams and Flordine Howard Watkins.  He was the only child born to this union. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother Leon Watkins, and son Damon Crawford.

Mark received his early education in the Kansas City, Missouri School District.  He graduated from Paseo High School in 1974.  After graduation, he began his career for the Chicago Northwest Railroad.

Mark became the proud father of three sons: Mark Crawford, Damon Crawford and Marvin Crawford.

Though Mark battled many hardships, he was a kind soul and he was loved by many.

Mark entered into eternity on July 6, 2023 at Centerpointe Medical Center.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Sister Margaret Watkins; Cousin Michelle Sudduth; host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
