Oladele Oluwafemi Olawaiye, "Dele",  was born on October 12, 1967 in Ogbomosho, Nigeria to Deborah and James Olawaiye.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Dele attended Kensington Elementary School, Penn Valley Community College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Dele was family oriented and had a love for sports and discussing current events.  Dele grew up in church and gave his life to Christ at an early age.

Dele was a proud father of two daughters, Kathryn Olawaiye (Utah); Veronica Olawaiye (Connecticut); one son, James Olawaiye (Utah); two sisters, Helen Olawaiye (Marietta, GA); Caroline Olawaiye (Prairie Village, KS); one brother, Sam Olawaiye (Lees Summit, MO); 4 nephews, Kevin Sonukan; Michael Sonukan; David Sonukan; and 3 nieces, Janelle Olawaiye; Leah Olawaiye; Kathryn Olawaiye and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.  He touched so many hearts and will never be forgotten.
