With profound sadness, we share that Olympia Christina Pyburn , 26, passed away on September 28, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Born on February 21, 1999, in Overland Park, Kansas, Olympia was the beloved daughter of Tina M. Pyburn and the late Jason D. Woodruff. A gifted learner with a steady determination, she graduated from Rockhurst University with a Bachelor of Science. Olympia worked as a Data Analyst at Netsmart, where her curiosity, precision, and collaborative spirit shone.

She filled her life with creativity and connection—streaming on Twitch, content creation, coding, painting, and drawing—and she loved time with her dogs, Phoibe and Argos. Family laughs will forever include her childhood nickname, "the informant," earned for diligently reporting the kids' mischievous adventures to the adults.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jason D. Woodruff; grandfather, James R. Woodruff; grandmother, Bernice M. Pyburn; and grandfather, Edward S. Hamlin.

Olympia is survived by her mother, Tina M. Pyburn; her siblings, Wilton E. Walmsley, IV and Maeghan K. Woodruff; and loved ones including uncles, Glenn Hamlin and Jamic Hamlin; cousins, Angela Hamlin and Yalone Woodruff; aunt, LaRonica Whitehurst; and grandmother, Esterlene Woodruff.

A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel, Inc., 4707 E. Truman Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64127.
