Pamela Michelle Knighten (Moore) was born February 22, 1963 to the union of George Knighten, Jr. and Julia Knighten.  She was preceded in death by both parents and her husband, Larry Moore.

Pamela attended Bishop Hogan Preparatory Academy and continued her education at Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City, Missouri.  She worked as a Tax Examiner at the Internal Revenue Service until her retirement.  She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

Pamela united in marriage to George Hamilton, which was dissolved a few years later.  She was blessed with one son, Michael Drew in 1990.  She later married Larry Moore.

Pamela departed this life on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Michael Drew; two grandsons, Elijah Drew and Malachi Drew; two sisters, Kim R. Drew and Deborah Knighten; two brothers, George W. Knighten, III and Rodrick G. Knighten; and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Service for Ms. Knighten will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 3, 2019, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Private Disposition.  Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until service time Saturday at the chapel.
