Paul D. Forsythe, 65, passed away on March 7, 2018 after a brave battle with a lengthy illness. Paul was born in Kansas City, Missouri on August 23, 1952 to Helen V. Forsythe and the late A. Gene Forsythe.

He served in the U.S. Army and proudly defended his country while stationed in Korea during the Vietnam War.

During his lifetime, Paul worked for ABLE Moving Services as a commercial mover and traveled extensively throughout the U.S. with a friend while working as a pit crew member during his Formula One racing events.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, A. Gene Forsythe; his brother, Michael A. Forsythe; and his sister, Janet M. Recob.

He is survived by his mother, Helen V. Forsythe; his brothers, Greg J. Forsythe and James T. Forsythe and wife, Karyn; and his sister, Joyce A. Forsythe, and a host of family and friends.

Paul was an avid reader, he enjoyed the musical arts and was a loyal fan of Starlight Theater.

The family will hold a private life celebration.
