, 61, passed away July 16, 2018. He was born April 17, 1957, in Alexandria, LA. He was the third born child of six siblings to Daisy and Otis Terrell, Sr. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Lela Bennett, his loving stepfather, Otis L. Terrell, Sr., and brother, Charles L. Roby.
He was baptized at an early age at Saint Marks Baptist Church in Alexandria, LA. He graduated from Paseo High School. Robert worked for the Marriott Hotel and the Omni Hotel.
Robert had a passion for detailing cars, and enjoyed listening to music and the great outdoors with his family. He loved driving older classic cars.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his two sons; Derrick (Katika) White and Jaquak Sticklin; his beloved mother, Evangelist Daisy Terrell; three sisters, Lela Roby of Corpus Christi, TX, Leola Phenix (William), and Minister Teresa McGee (Jesse) of Kansas City, MO; one brother, Bishop Otis L. Terrell, Jr. (Verna) of Corpus Christi, TX; 12 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, along with a very special friend, Judy Glinn.
Services for Mr. Roby were held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 21, 2018, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel. Burial Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery.
