Roger Nathaniel McDonald was born June 11, 1970. Also known as "Rah Rah" and "Big Hub." He was born to Christine McDonald in Kansas City, Missouri who preceded him in death. Roger attended school in Kansas City, Missouri as well as Kansas City, Kansas. He later attended and graduated from Job Corp.

Roger was employed at Stewart Automotive and was also a car salesman for Raytown Dodge Dealership. He was a great salesman with his friendly personality and charming smile that would light up a room. He also worked for Tyson Foods Distribution where he retired graciously.

He was a beautiful soul who valued family ties. Leading up to his passing, Roger enjoyed going fishing and taking pictures of his catches, he loved animals and had a special bond with nature, he loved cooking and watching his favorite movies and loved listening to music always had old school playing and he had a talent for art, he was a great artist.

He moved to Joplin, Missouri for a short time in his life where he made many friends and called Joplin his second home. Those who knew him could always count on him to come through when they needed him. He was a quiet and no nonsense kind of guy, but was highly respected and loved by everyone he knew. At the age of , Roger was blessed with his only child a beautiful baby girl, TaTyrah  (February 9th 2000) her and Roger's mother shared the same birthday, Tatyrah was his heart (Baddie) and always wanted the best for her and to be her "Knight in Shinning Armour."

Roger leaves to cherish his memory his beloved daughter, TaTyrah McDonald; stepson, Ty' Vonne Shelton; sisters, Courtney McDonald and Wanda Wortham (Willie); his brothers, Shannon McDonald, Jr. and Matthew Thiearry (Doris); a special niece, Ke'Shaun McDonald; and a special nephew, Stephon Colbert. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Loved by all and a stranger to none, Roger will be Forever missed.
