Ronald Lewis Turner was born February 23, 1962, one of four children born to Robert A. Turner and Richardstean Jackson Turner in Kansas City, KS.  His father, and brother, Richard E. Turner preceded him in death.

He received his education in the Kansas City Missouri Public School District.  Immediately after high school, he meet many friends while employed with the Kansas City Star.  In spite of trials, tribulations and years of sickness, he maintained other employments until his health took a toll.  He has always been supportive and helpful when possible.

While growing up he was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.  In later years he was a member of Victorious life.  Accepting God's plan of rest, Ronald Lewis Turner departed this life on Sunday, May 29, 2022.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Richardstean Turner; brother, Robert A. Turner, Jr.; sister, Marilyn L. Turner; two nephews, Ke'van C. Turner and Richard E. Turner, II; niece, Porsha Turner all of Kansas City, MO and a host of aunts, uncles and many cousins and friends.

Services for Mr. Turner will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 11, 2022, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel. Burial Blue Ridge Lawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until service time Saturday at the chapel.
