Obituary

Ronald C. Wright, age 63, of Minneapolis, MN, formerly of Kansas City, MO, passed away peacefully from cancer on July 20, 2020.
Ronald is preceded in death by son, Ronell Davis and father, Denzel Wright.
Ronald was known for his love of family, and he liked to stay in touch with people.  He enjoyed his most recent job at Pitney Bowes, which was mail pre-sorting, and was sad that he had to retire last year due to his medical conditions.  He enjoyed bowling, and unfortunately had to give that up as well, hopefully he'll be making a lot of strikes at the big bowling alley, "up there" we all love you and you will be missed.
He is survived by his long-term girlfriend, Kathryn Amoko; son, Darnell Davis; daughter, Linda (Deedee) Davis; mother, Willie Mae Wright; siblings, Dennis Wright, David (Yvonne) Wright, Cedric (Rita) Wright, Anita (Wayne) Wright, Deidra Wright; aunt Gertrude Wright; uncle John (Paulette) Flowers; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial service for Mr. Wright will be held Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 1:00 PM at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel, 4707 E Truman Road, Kansas City, MO, 64127.
