Sharnia Martez "Marty" Robinson was born October 12, 1977, to Prudence Robinson and Paul Williams Jr. in Kansas City, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ineza Robinson, father, Paul Williams, uncle, Kenneth C. Robinson and other relatives.  Marty attended Kansas City, KS Public Schools graduating from Hutchinson High School.  At the age of seven he was baptized at the Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Wallace S. Hartsfield.

Marty was a loving and caring person, he really loved to be around children, so many people were naturally drawn to him for advice because they knew he had experienced so much in life at a very young age.  Despite any adversities, Marty remained a true warrior throughout his life, never giving up.  After a near death experience in a fatal car accident in 2010, Marty decided to attend college at Kansas City, KS Community College studying Business Administration.  He absolutely loved music and it is believed that he has written lyrics for hundreds of songs.  He had an enormous heart.  He cared deeply for his friends and supported them whole heartedly as well, especially those that had less than him.  Even now you can hear his laugh and see his contagious smile.  On May 28, 2020, God saw fit to reward Marty with his Crown.  Marty will be truly missed but never, ever forgotten.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories with: his mother, Prudence Robinson-Lee; 2 sisters, Suave' (Keith) Dixon of Raytown, MO, Tracey M. (Kenny) Samuels;1 brother, Paul P. Williams III; 1 son, Glorius Martez Robinson;, 1 daughter, Sharne'a Robinson all of KCMO, 4 grandchildren; 3 aunts who he loved dearly, Alice J. Moore of KCKS, LaDora (Richard) Jackson of Ottawa, KS, and Bernetta Robinson of KCMO; 3 uncles, Lilbert "Fuzzy" (Ernestine) Robinson, Darrell Heard and Kenny (Veronia) Heard all of KCKS; very close cousins, LaVonna "DeeDee" Robinson, Damon "Reese" (Dana) Williams, and many other relatives and close family friends such as his Brenda "Aunt B" Stuart and Donnetta Stewart, his close Home Boys and many others he truly loved.

Services for Mr. Robinson will be held 12:00 P.M. Saturday, June 6, 2020, at Mt. Calvary C.O.G.I.C.  Burial XII Gates Memorial Gardens.  Visitation 10:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the church.
