Sidney Thomas Jr., age 73, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019, at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  He was born March 18, 1945, in Mississippi to Leovenia Pow and Sidney Thomas Sr.  In 1970, at the age of 25, he moved to Minneapolis, MN where he met his lovely wife, Roza Thomas.  He enjoyed traveling, being a good husband and spent many years as a member of the Midnight Riders Motorcycle Club.

He is survived by: his three children, Anthony Lawson, Sidney Wooten and Tina Henderson; 18 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Services for Mr. Thomas will be held 11:00 AM. Saturday, January 19, 2019, at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel.  Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the chapel.
