Stephanie Anna Kelley was born December 26, 1971, in Kansas City, Missouri to the parents of Wayne A. Goodwin and Denise E. Holiway and was the first born of this union. Her father and brother, Iman E. Holiway preceded her in death.

Educated in the Kansas City School District, Stephanie graduated from Central High School in 1990 and was Salutatorian of her class.  Although she graduated from Central High, she always identified herself as a Paseo Pirate as she completed her first three years of high school at Paseo. She continued her studies at UMKC and Penn Valley Community College. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior early in life and lived a life that exemplified her love for Christ. Stephanie worked for several companies, Argus Health Systems, DST, Kemper Service Company, Boatmen's Bank with her most recent employer being Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where she worked for 10 years. Stephanie married Marcus Kelley in 1995. No children were born to this union. Although Stephanie had no children of her own, she was a loving Aunt/Surrogate-Mother to her nieces, nephew and her friend's children.

Stephanie enjoyed many things in this life, singing, cooking for her family, going out with her friends, planning parties for friends and family, and hanging out with her nieces and nephew. Anyone who really knew Stephanie, knew of her collection of dolls. She had names for them all and loved to dress them up and make videos of them. She loved her doll collection which brought her many years of joy.

Stephanie had such a sweet and loving spirit that will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory; her mother, Denise E. Holiway; her grandmother, Supreen P. Holiway; sister, Kimberly R. Goodwin; two nieces Jasmine Goodwin- Lofton and Jadyn Goodwin-Lofton; one nephew, Justin Tyler-Wayne Goodwin; great-niece Autumn who called her GaGa for Great-Aunt; her uncles, Paul (Rita) Holiway of Colorado, George (Reada)  Goodwin of Tennessee, Robert (LaKeshia) Goodwin; her aunts, Karen Louis, Roxanne (Clifford) Solomon, Gina Robinson, Juanzetta (Ellis) McGee, Denise Goodwin of Texas and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services for Ms. Kelley will be held 12:00 P.M, Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Southview Baptist Church Raytown, MO.  Burial Forest Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call from11:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the church.
