Tequila Sunrise Stewart was born September 19, 1976 in Kansas City Missouri to Faye L Stewart. She was the middle child of four that were all raised in Kansas City Missouri.  She was preceded in death by both grandparents, Climmie and Jetty Mae Stewart, who were known as "Maw Maw and Paw Paw" along with aunties Jeany and Francis.

Tequila was a bold and confident woman. She loved being different, standing out, having a good time, and spending time with her family.  She was a true protector.  A "mama bear" as she was referred to when it came to her babies.  She was a dedicated mother first and foremost and she treasured her children and embraced every moment. She especially loved her role as "Tikki" to her grandchildren.  They all were her greatest accomplishment. She was always known as the "cool auntie/cousin."  She always made you feel beautiful in your skin as you are.  No matter who you were.  She always made sure to love on her kids and do her best for them.  She always said her children gave her life and kept her going.  She was a very courageous woman and feared nothing.  If Tequila felt like she wanted to accomplish some things she would do it.

Tequila had many quotes but one she loved by most was "Ohana means family, family means no one gets left behind or forgotten."

Surviving her are her son and three daughters Sean-Michael Harper, Ma'Kayla Gregory, Malaysia Gregory, Ackleigh Tremain. Her Mother: Faye L Stewart. Siblings: Arlicia Stewart, Kirk Loebsack, and Laura Robinson. Her Nieces: Aliah Clark, Kalani Loebsack, Kimberlynn Loebsack, and Aurora Ash. Her two grandchildren that lovingly referred to her as "Tequi (TEE-KEE)" Malia Kerns and D'Angelo Kerns Jr. along with a host of close aunties uncles and cousins.
