Thea W Henderson was born on February 9th, 1949, in Kansas City, Missouri to Betty C. Paden and Freddie M. Lewis. Thea was preceded in death by both Maternal and Paternal grandparents, her father Freddie M. Lewis and mother, Betty C. Perry and Stepfather Elmo Perry and brother Freddie Paden.

Thea accepted Christ at an early age. Thea attended East High School and received her G.E.D. She received two associate degrees at Penn Valley Community College.

Thea loved music (she loved to play her tambourines and maracas) dancing, fishing and her favorite past times was playing video games, bowling, dominoes and making people laugh. She also had an infectious laugh, giving heart and was an impeccable dresser.

Thea W. Henderson departed this life on February 21st, 2024, at home.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Her children, Stacy C. Henderson (Patrick Maynard), Salena L. Armstrong (Arthur Armstrong) and Syronica L. Henderson-McIntosh (Tamika Henderson) and a special niece Candace Reed; Siblings: Teresa Perry, Tonya Bozeman and Tina Perry and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.
