Thomas Edward Bradshaw, 75, passed away August 6, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospice Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on December 31,1950, to James and Thelma Bradshaw, the 2nd child born to this union.

Thomas attended Graceland Elementary and Paseo High School. He married the love of is life Brenda Hopson in January 1980. He was a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan for many years. He loved listening to the Blues, playing Domiones, and playing card games.

In 1980 he started working for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, at the Water Department, then later changed to the Parks and Recreations. He retired from the City of Kansas City, Missouri.

Thomas was preceded in death by both parents, son, Charles Bradford; one grandson, Charles Bradford, Jr.; and secondary brother, Tommy Boykin.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife of 46 years, Brenda Bradshaw; two children, Seana Blocker (Andrew) of Greenwood, MO; Nicolette Marshall of Kansas City; two sisters, Marilyn Timberlake of Kansas City, MO and Jamesetta Scott of Augusta, GA; one brother, Charles Bradshaw of Kansas City, MO; secondary sisters, Jan Jefferson (Danny) and elder, Dana Boykin; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, nephew, Antonio Bradshaw; his longtime friends, Roy Jeffreys and Damon White; family friend, Shirley Finch; and the 50th Block of Bellefontaine, the Wright Family, many other families and friends too numerous to name.
