T'Niea "Tink" Denise Blanks of Kansas City, MO passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at Children's Mercy hospital at the young age of 13. T'Niea's grandparents, Daise Lee and Willie James Armstead, Mary Ward and Uranus Travis Nully, 2 uncles, an aunt, and great-aunts preceded her in death.

T'Niea was born on December 30, 2004, in Kansas City, MO to Terry Blanks Sr. and Tenia Armstead.  T'Niea was an 8th grade student at Raytown Middle school. She accepted the Lord at an early age.  It was her own decision to be baptized. She was a faithful youth member of Landmark International Deliverance and Worship Center, under the leadership of Bishop John L. Brown Sr. She was a part of the youth choir, the praise dancers, audio and video department and participated in church plays. T'Niea was a very active young lady and very smart. T'Niea skipped the 2nd grade because she was too advanced for her classes. While attending Raytown Middle she was in AP (Advanced Placement) Math class. She participated in regular and jazz band, first year flute, and she was a spirit singer. She loved her Spanish class. T'Niea always had her head in a book. She was in drama class; her first leading role in a musical this year. She was a part of a broadcasting show for young adults, and made her first appearance on the show March 20, 2018. T'Niea loved getting her hair and nails done, she had to be cute. She was always picture ready with a smile or a goofy face. T'Niea loved football surprisingly, she wanted to play, she loved dancing, singing; that girl could sing, she liked clowning around and having fun. She really enjoyed hanging with her cousins and friends. She was always annoying her big brothers (in a little sisterly way) and was always trying to out sing her oldest brother Terry Jr. T'Niea was a very beautiful, talented, smart and passionate young lady. When she loved someone she loved them forever.

T'Niea had her whole summer planned out, she was going to go to summer school (even though she didn't need too). She was also going to go to volleyball summer camp this year for the first time.

T'Niea will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her parents, Tenia Armstead and Terry Blanks Sr.; 2 brothers, Terry Jr. and Treveous Blanks; godparents, Jennifer (Marcus) Brown, La'Tricia (Renardo) Reynolds and Tressie Brown and a host of aunt, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services for Miss. Blanks will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 27, 2018, Landmark International Deliverance and Worship Center with Bishop John L. Brown officiating. Burial XII Gates Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. until service time Friday at the church.
