Toni Lee Drew , 67, was born in Kansas City, Missouri on August 5, 1955 to George and Mary Jane Drew.  Toni was preceded in death by both parents and two sisters, Phyllis and Trisha Drew.

Toni attended East High School. Later, she went to cosmetology school and became a licensed cosmetologist.  Toni worked in multiple career fields throughout the years from tele typist at the Federal Building, U. S. Postal Service clerk/mail handler. Also, she worked at the Flamingo Casino.

Toni was always on neighborhood watch patrol, partially looking out for the elderly and children and partially being "nosy".  She had a heart of gold and would give her last dollar to anybody.  She enjoyed travelling, going to the casino, playing bid whiz, dominoes and two-stepping.

Toni was known to be strong and spoke her mind.  She always made sure everyone was good by giving gifts and making sure no one did without.  Before her health failed, Toni would cook enough food to feed the entire block and many came.  She was very passionate about helping people in need and going out in the community to feed people in need.

Toni passed away at North Kansas City Hospital on February 19, 2023.

Toni will be sincerely missed by our family and everyone she touched.

Toni leaves to cherish her memory: Daughter Cherice Drew, Brother Bruce (Faye) Drew; Sister L'Tanya Fleming, Grandchildren Naysia Moseley, Ndei Robinson, and Nasir Wynn; Great Granddaughter Navii Dale; Nieces Ashlee (Milton) Cowley, Breyana (Jason) Jones, and Makyah Fleming; Aunt Frankie Cooper; a lifetime companion; special friend Robert Earl Gordon and a host of family and friends.

Services for Ms. Drew will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, February 25, 2023 at E. S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel, Inc. Private disposition.  Friends may call 10:00 a.m. until service time at the chapel.
